Try not to sing, lose my voice when I do, but I do pray. Not just for a physical cleaning, but prayer for letting go of any negativity, be it energy or words, let go of what is not mine to take on, and ask for the cleansing of body, mind and spirit, according to my God's Will is for me in today.
