The Lord wants to come and renew your strength
 

2 Samuel 16:14 'The king and all who were with him grew weary along the way, so they rested when they reached the Jordan River.'

- The course of life can take it out of us and leave us feeling weary.
- The Lord wants to come and renew your strength and give you the power you need.
- Rest, is part of God's plan for your life.
- Sometimes we need to pause, rest and regain our strength and then we can continue.

PRAYER: Lord, I am so thankful for Your guiding hand and the way You have brought me through so many of the issues of life. I choose to rest in You so that You can renew my strength and I receive Your power afresh within me. Amen.
