I release concerns and affirm perfect order, perfect peace.

Every moment holds within it the opportunity to transform my life. I quiet my mind and consciously detach from the whirl and rush of hurried activity at work or at home. Instead, I center my awareness on peace.

In peaceful stillness, I breathe slowly and evenly. With ease and grace, I inhale divine love, leaving no room for tension or fear. I turn my attention toward letting go of any attachments to outcomes or deadlines, any stress or worry.

Whatever had been at the forefront of my concerns I now push out of my mind—releasing all to Spirit. I fill the space left behind with positive, productive, faith-filled thoughts. I release concerns and affirm perfect order, perfect peace.
