March 28: Self-restraint is particularly important in these days. You must monitor your thoughts, words, and actions. What you put out will come back to you multiplied. Stop and assess your current situation as you look to see if you are reaping what you have sown. If you are feeling judged or persecuted it is more than possible that you have judged and persecuted others at least in your thoughts and words, says the Lord.
