Commitments
Commitment
I devote my time and energy to those things that serve my highest good. Every day there are many opportunities for me to direct my time, attention, and energy. When I am mindful about the commitments that I make, I am better able to honor those commitments joyfully. I give myself permission to take time before making decisions, and I allow myself to say “no.” I deserve balance in my life for it ensures I will be able to give my best to myself and others. When I devote my time and energy to the things that serve my highest good, I am able to honor the commitments that I make. If I have to make a difficult choice and say “no” to something, I trust that God will fill the void. As I take care of myself, I allow the highest good to unfold—not only for myself but for all others. Commit your work to the Lord, and your plans will be established.—Proverbs 16:3 Daily Word
