Default No Matter What

NO MATTER WHAT

We have all had times when we felt as if doing right was not working out. We continue to do the right thing but nothing seems to be going right in our lives. We continue to do the right thing but no one notices. We continue to do the right thing but we are being ignored and others just don’t seem to care. However, when we do right, God notices. When we do right, we are doing His will and we can know He will finish His work in us despite how the world treats us. When God gives us work to do and we are obeying Him, He will work things out for us. He is faithful. He created us. He won’t abandon us.

Psalm 138:8 “The Lord will work out his plans for my life— for your faithful love, O Lord, endures forever. Don’t abandon me, for you made me.” (NLT)

Dear Lord, thank You for not abandoning us when we continue to follow You. We know, at times, it may seem like You are far away but we have Your promise that You will always be with us. Help us to continue to be faithful to You and do right even when no one else is. Thank You for Your faithful love that endures forever. Keep us strong in Your word and allow You to continue to do good work through us no matter what. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

When we feel like giving up, we need to dig deeper into God’s word, reach out to other godly people for help and we need to pray.

Doing right is the only answer when it comes to doing God’s will.

No matter how others treat us, we should always be obedient to God.

When others aren’t doing good but we continue to stay strong in God’s will, we can be assured He notices and He will finish His work in us.

We can know God has made everything and everyone for a reason. And we should continue to do His will for us no matter what.

Proverbs 16:4 “The LORD has made everything for his own purposes, even the wicked for a day of disaster.” (NLT)

Focus: God’s plan for us will work through us when we decide to continue to do right no matter what.
