Welcome Alex, so glad you found us. I hope you will continue to come and share your journey with us. Congratulations on your recovery. I tried my way and it didn't work, I came to AA and stayed. I had outside issues and over the years, have gone to NA, CA, CoDA, ACoA, Al-Anon, and Nar-Anon, as well as personal counselling.
