This reminds me of the saying, "Recovery is a journey, not a destination." Enjoy the view, take detours around things that aren't good for you, be willing to change, and what use to work, may not work any more, so you need to find an alternative route, which all makes for an adventure. You are not alone on your journey, unless you choose to be.
