Emotions are tiring, especially when we can`t put a label on them and identify them for what they are. I found a lot of emotions foreign because I had shut them down for so many years, I didn`t know what it was. Most of it came out as anger, and under that was resentment, rejection, abandonment, and so much more.

I had done a 4th Step, and none of it showed. When I quit smoking, things were revealed because I had been using cigarettes to close down and close off.

Through Him, all things are possible.
