Step Out

Remember being told that I needed to take risks. I was told that not to judge my future on my past. My past won't follow me if I don't take the same habits and behaviours with me. If I make plans and leave the results up to my God, instead of trying to play 'god' with my own life and that of others, things will turn out different.

Step out from under the old umbrella and take a leap of faith. Faith has come up for me today. Found an old post on another site. I wrote this in 2006:

In the Twenty-Four Hour daily meditation book for today, it talks about faith. What I got from the reading was that humility and an open mind can lead to a faith that works.

I can have all the faith in the world but I need to follow the thought with action. As the saying goes, "Faith without works is dead!"
