Default Being In Recovery

It is a step in the right direction for all of us when we all choose to be in recovery for ourselves, but this is only a step, and for all of us we'll all need to continue to do all the things that keep us going in this direction that we're all heading in now. As difficult as this sounds for all of us when we're new to recovery, this is what sustains all of us no matter how long any of us have been here, and this is what keeps all of us from going back to where we all no longer choose to be. The greatest thing about being in recovery is that it's a living program and we have to live it. For all of us, it's a design for living life that keeps all of us going if we learn how to live it, and it always will, and if we don't, we can always try to, and it always will do this. It never fails any of us no matter how many times we may have had to try to do this, it always works. This is guaranteed for all of us, and the only real mistake that any of us ever make is when we stop trying to live this way. Give yourselves a break and start today trying to live how recovery teaches how to live that never fails any of us, no matter what's going on in any of our lives. Too good to be true, try it you might become amazed in the same way all of us have been after we all tried to live the way that recovery shows us to live.
