Tammy's Baked Goulash
Tammy's Baked Goulash
1 and a 1/2 pounds ground beef I small can sliced mushrooms 1 small onion, chopped 1/4 cup green pepper diced 1 tablespoon chopped garlic or garlic powder 1 (28-ounce) jar spaghetti sauce 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1/2 cup water 3 cups cooked jumbo elbow macaroni shredded mozzarella cheese and shredded pizza blend cheese Pepperoni slices What To Do: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large skillet, brown ground beef, mushrooms, onion, green pepper, and chopped garlic over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes, or until no pink remains in the beef, stirring frequently. Drain off excess liquid then add remaining ingredients except cheese, pepperoni slices and noodles; mix well. Cook noodles in boiling water for 10 minutes and drain. Layer like lasagna in 9x11 casserole dish. I put the pepperoni slices only on the middle layer. Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes until desired brownness on top.
