Default Sick Of Ourselves

One of the things that all of us with this problem come to know is being so full of ourselves that we can't stand ourselves any longer. This is how most of us come into the program of recovery so sick of ourselves and all the things we've done and keep on doing no matter how hard we try to make ourselves stop doing them. We are powerless over all of this and the way we all become because of having this problem, This is what it does to all of us and we're not able to do anything about any of this on our own and as soon as we realize and admit this to ourselves then we're ready for recovery. Many of us will refuse doing this because the very thing that's making us sick keeps us from being able to do this. That is why all of us are not able to recover from being the way we are on our own. We have become our own worst enemy, that none of us can do anything about. The longer this goes on the worse it gets for all of us who are like this and the only real hope that we'll ever have is to let recovery change us from who we've all become. We can all free ourselves from who we've all become because of having our problem by joining recovery and doing what it suggests that has worked for people like ourselves who couldn't stand themselves any longer.
