Making the Right Choice
Those who want it, and those who need it. Only we can choose which one of these we belong to. There are many of us, who choose recovery, and even more who don't. Today we all have that choice, not long ago there was no choice, no understanding of the problem. The fact that more choose not to recover isn't due to the program of recovery not working, but to the power of the illness. Recovery can look like it's the harder of the two choices. I was told that if recovery wasn't hard that it wouldn't be worth it and that it is worth it. The easier softer way proves to be the much harder way for those who don't choose recovery.
