Default Heart for the Lord Day 17

Heart for the Lord Day 17 by SGLY Ministry

PEACEFUL HEART
“Let not your heart be troubled; you believe in God, believe also in Me.” –Jesus John 14:1 (NKJV)

Today’s Thought:
A Peaceful Heart is not disturbed or troubled.
It is calm and able to find rest in each day.
It is not quarrelsome but always seeks peace and order.
A Peaceful Heart is often quiet and serene in its surroundings for it knows on whom it believes and its trust is in Him.
Jesus is the Prince of Peace and He offers His peace to us, let’s believe and receive a Peaceful Heart from Him today.

Prayer of the Heart to the Lord:
Dear Lord, today I ask that You create in me a Peaceful Heart so I can live in harmony.
I want a Peaceful Heart that remains calm no matter what circumstances it is in because it believes in You, trusts You, and lives in that quiet assurance of the Peace that only You can give. Thank You Jesus, Prince of Peace, for making it possible for me to have a Peaceful Heart today.

Now may the Lord of peace himself give you his peace at all times and in every situation. The Lord be with you all. 2 Thessalonians 3:16 (NLT)

We stay sober and clean together - one day at a time!
God says that each of us is worth loving.
