Recent studies show that music can reach the parts of the human brain that are linked to addiction and can function as an integral part of recovery. The questions to ask are this: Does music play any part of your recovery journey? Do you use music to calm your mind or to destress? Do you use music to enhance your coping strategies and preventing relapse?
