Default The Same School

To those that are able to trust without having to be taught how, to all of us in recovery we are in awe of them. For us we've always had to learn things the hard way. Us not being able to trust is due in part to the rebellion that all of us have. Like most things that we misuse, the intent for this is lost by us being prone to excess. While it's okay that we should all strive to be individuals, we shouldn't try to play god. This has been a hard lesson for all of us in recovery to learn. Recovery does give us the opportunity to repair all the damage made by all the mistakes we have made along our way. We've all made the same mistakes because we all suffer from the very same problem. We've all done things the hard way because we've all been to the same school, the school of hard knocks.
