The other day my friend Bert gave me a box of chocolates for Christmas. I was good and shared with my son, but I gave him the ones that I didn't want and were hard for me to chew. It wasn't a big box, but it only lasted about 2 hours.  I also justified that they were dark chocolate not milk chocolate. They could have been darker, probably should have been to qualify for what is good for a diabetic. Like all things, it is about what is in it and what you put on them, like brownies, with icing and whipped cream.
