Told a could of newcomers what my sponsor said to me, "If you have recovery, show it. Clean up your persona, clean up your actions, and clean up your mouth."
I believe a thought can be a prayer. What goes around comes around, so try to give out positive thoughts. If I don't have good thoughts, I have nothing to say.
